Who says a conference room has to feel corporate? Our Cozy Conference Room combines comfort and functionality for team meetings, videoconferences, or even casual events. If you’re looking to host a business party or special event, please contact us directly at info@spokeco.work.

• 178 sq. ft. space with natural light and a modern, inviting feel.
• High-speed Internet: Dual Gigabit fiber via WiFi6 or ethernet.
• Video Setup: Connect your Windows 10/11 PC or Mac wirelessly, or plug directly into our 75" 4K TV via HDMI.
• Conference A/V: Use your favorite video conferencing software with The Owl Pro, a 360-degree camera and clear audio speaker for seamless virtual meetings.
• Seating: 8 comfy, modern chairs with plenty of room for collaboration.
• Table: 5 ft. round table, perfect for laptops or lunch meetings.

Additional Features:

• Large Mobile, Magnetic Whiteboard (1 standard, 1 on request) for brainstorming or note-taking.
• Floor lamp for cozy, adjustable lighting.
• Front table below mounted TV for extra storage (laptops, keys, phones, etc.).

This bright, comfortable meeting space is centrally located with easy access to the café and west hall. Large windows let in natural light, with rolling shades for added privacy or to block out reflections. The room comfortably fits 8 people but can accommodate up to 12 if needed.

Optional Additional Services (Available during business hours, 48-hour notice required):

• Drink Package: In-room coffee, bottled water, and tea. 
• Snack and Drink Package in-room coffee, bottled water, tea, and canned soda. Snacks include chips, granola bars, candy, and more. Custom snack requests can be made but are not guaranteed.

* NOTE: Snack and drink packages are charged per guest and if not prepaid, will be charged for the entire group when taken by any guest.

• Pizza Catering: Enjoy Costco pizza with your choice of cheese and pepperoni. Specify quantities and preferences in the booking notes. Pizza arrives between 12 pm and 1 pm.

• Members: $20/hr
• Non-Members: $30/hr
