The Flex Space

A versatile, build-your-own area, the Flex Space is tailored to meet your specific needs. With seating for up to 25 people, it’s ideal for company parties, training events, large meetings, or any gathering that requires flexible, spacious accommodations. When not in use for events, it’s available for members to take calls, work, or take a break away from the main office.

Features:

• 588 sq. ft. room (27'3'' x 21'7'') for ample space and flexibility.
• Seating for up to 25 people for meetings or events.
• 75'' 4K TV for presentations, videos, or remote meetings.
• Video Camera for recording or live-streaming events.
• Whiteboard and markers for brainstorming or notes.

Optional Additional Services (Available during business hours, 48-hour notice required):

• Drink Package: In-room coffee, bottled water, and tea. 
• Snack and Drink Package in-room coffee, bottled water, tea, and canned soda. Snacks include chips, granola bars, candy, and more. Custom snack requests can be made but are not guaranteed.

* NOTE: Snack and drink packages are charged per guest and if not prepaid, will be charged for the entire group when taken by any guest.

• Pizza Catering: Enjoy Costco pizza with your choice of cheese and pepperoni. Specify quantities and preferences in the booking notes. Pizza arrives between 12 pm and 1 pm.

• Members: $60/hr
• Non-Members: $90/hr
