Disputes
Spoke Coworking utilizes an online Booking Calendar, digital access logs (fob/app & internet activity) as well as exterior or door cameras to confirm any customers checking in or out.
In the case when there is a dispute, customers agree that these combined records constitute conclusive evidence of occupancy and access and will not argue any charges or invoices based on same.

Host Default:If Spoke Coworking is unable to provide the specific Space booked due to a Major Service Failure (defined as total loss of power, HVAC failure, or internet outage exceeding 4 hours), the Customer has the right to alternative comparable space, or if unavailable, cancel services with no penalty and a full refund or account credit of any amounts paid for the affected period.
Chargebacks:Per Member Agreement, any Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF)/Bounced Check, credit card chargeback or ACH dispute initiated by the Guest on a valid charge constitutes a formal default and may result in immediate suspension of access.
