Your Business Identity Is What Google and Your Customers See Before You Say a Word
Your name, your address, your phone number, and the listing that ties them together. Get them right and customers find you. Get them wrong and you are either hard to trust or, if the address itself does not meet Google's guidelines, not eligible to be listed at all. Here is how it actually works in Tucson — and where a real address fits, from $225 a month.
Business Identity, in Plain Terms
Business identity is the set of facts the internet holds about your business — what you are called, where you are, how to reach you, and whether all of that agrees with itself. Customers read it as a signal of whether you are real. Google reads it as a signal of whether you are eligible.
Name
The Name You Actually Trade Under
The same string on your Arizona Corporation Commission filing, your invoices, your door placard and your listing. Google's video verification expects the name it sees on camera to match the name on the profile — so "Sonoran Bookkeeping LLC" on the filing and "Sonoran Books" on the sign is a problem you created for yourself.
Address
A Place, Not a Mailing Label
The field that decides whether you can have a map pin at all. Google's guidelines say the profile is for your actual, real-world location, and that P.O. boxes and mailboxes at remote locations are not acceptable. This one field is why most of this page exists.
Phone & Hours
A Number You Answer, Hours You Keep
A direct line rather than a shared front desk — local-search practitioners treat that as best practice, not as a Google rule. And hours that are a promise somebody is actually there, not a hopeful guess.
Proof
The Listing, and Every Copy of It
Your Google Business Profile, plus every directory and data aggregator that copies those same three facts — and then keeps copying them, long after you have changed your mind.
Source: BrightLocal Business Listings Trust Report, 2021, survey of 1,141 US consumers. These figures measure the cost of inconsistent data — not the effect of showing an address versus hiding one. We have not found a study that isolates that, so we are not going to claim one.
Local search people call the first three NAP: name, address, phone. Consistency is easy when you have one real address you keep for years. It is genuinely painful when you do not.
Jump to your situation
One thing up front, because it will save you time later: we sell virtual mail. It is a good product for mail, packages, filings and a professional mailing address. It is not a Google Business Profile address, and we are not going to tell you otherwise. See our virtual mail plans for what it genuinely does.
Service Area or a Listed Address?
These are two different setups on Google, not a good one and a bad one. Which is right follows from one question: does anyone actually come to you?
Service Area
The right answer if you go to them
- ✓You travel to every customer and nobody visits you — plumbing, HVAC, mobile detailing, in-home care, dog walking, mobile notaries, lawn care.
- ✓Google defines a service-area business as one that visits or delivers to customers directly but does not serve them at its business address. That is a category Google built on purpose.
- ✓If you do not serve customers at your address, Google's guidance is to remove it. For you, hiding the address is the rule, not a preference.
- ✓It is free, it is compliant, and service-area listings show up in the local pack every day.
- ✓You can name up to 20 service areas — cities, postal codes or other named areas.
- No map pin, no Directions button, no photos of a space a customer will walk into.
- Verification is harder, and there is no visible location for a reviewer to confirm.
- Nothing visible for a reviewer to substantiate, and an easy target for a competitor complaint — Google runs a redressal form for exactly that, and practitioners report service-area listings being pulled into re-verification more often. Hedged on purpose: those enforcement patterns are reported by agencies, not published by Google.
Forcing a storefront setup you cannot back up is a guideline violation, and the downside is suspension. For a genuinely mobile trade, this is the honest configuration.
Listed Address
The right answer if they come to you, or could
- ✓A fixed pin on Maps and a Directions button people can tap.
- ✓Photos of a room a client will actually sit in, plus visit-oriented attributes and public hours.
- ✓Google's hybrid setup — address shown plus a travel radius — which is available only where the location has signage and receives visitors.
- ✓A street address for the field on a bank form, a card processor's underwriting, or a contract.
- ✓Visibility anchored deliberately in the part of Tucson you actually sell to, rather than wherever you happen to live.
- It costs money every month, and it commits somebody to being there during the hours you post.
- The address becomes public and permanent, and it propagates into directories you will later have to clean up.
An address is an asset and a commitment at the same time. Both halves are real, and section "Why It's Worth the Money" puts numbers on the trade.
| What you are comparing | Service area | Listed address |
|---|---|---|
| Map pin and directions | No pin. A shaded service region on desktop, a line of text on mobile. | A fixed pin with a Directions button. |
| Photos of the space | Not applicable — there is nothing to show. | Exterior, interior, and the room a client sits in. |
| Where Google ranks you from | The address you verified — which stays hidden from customers. | The address you verified — which customers can see, and which you can choose on purpose. |
| How you verify | Harder. Video of a branded vehicle, tools, and licensing. A frequent denial reason is failing to establish that the person filming is affiliated with the business. | Simpler. Signage on a permanent fixture, a workspace, and something only your business can unlock. |
| Adding cities to your service area | Visual and eligibility only — no ranking effect. Capped at 20 areas, roughly a two-hour drive, and it cannot be drawn as a radius. | Same. The hybrid setup adds a travel radius on top of a visible pin. |
| Monthly cost | $0 | From $225/mo at Spoke |
| Who it fits | Mobile trades with no walk-in. | Anyone clients contact, visit, or vet before hiring. |
One thing to clear up first
Setting service areas does not make you rank in those areas. Google ranks a service-area business from the address it verified — the one nobody can see. Sterling Sky's testing concluded the service-area setting is visual only; their own profile lists Toronto and ranks from Uxbridge. If somebody told you to add half of Pima County to your service area so you would get found there, that advice was wrong.
Does hiding your address hurt rankings? Honestly, it is contested
Sterling Sky removed a home-services client's address, tracked a month, and reported a large drop in calls, with the local pack disappearing entirely for one head term until the address went back — reproduced at a second location. Their study of 8,186 listings across 200 cities also found the service-area flag showing up as a negative signal on "near me" searches. Whitespark's position is the opposite: showing or hiding has no direct ranking effect, because Google ranks from the verified point either way. Whitespark published a case study that ran the other direction and later issued a correction on it. Be wary of anyone who quotes you a percentage on this.
If you go to your customers and they never come to you, a service area is the correct and compliant setup. Do not change how your business is listed to chase a ranking. Change it when how you actually work changes.
What Using Your Home Address Really Costs
Google does not ban home-based businesses. It explicitly accommodates them — and the accommodation is that you hide the address. That is the trade. It is worth pricing before you accept it.
Start Here
What genuinely works about a home address
- ✓It is free. No lease, no term, no commute, no monthly line item.
- ✓Google supports it. A home-based service-area business is a sanctioned setup, not a violation.
- ✓If you travel to your customers, it is the correct answer — and an office will not change your rankings.
- ✓For a lot of one-person businesses it stays right for years. Sometimes forever.
Now the cause and effect
| What you do | What follows |
|---|---|
| You publish it | It syndicates into directories and data aggregators that copy from one another — and it keeps circulating after you change your mind. Screenshots, cached pages, old invoices and marketing collateral do not get recalled. |
| You hide it on Google | No map pin and no Directions button. Google still stores the address and still calculates proximity from it. Hiding is a display setting, not a privacy erasure. |
| A prospect looks you up before calling | Most of a business buying decision happens before anyone contacts you — the website footer, the invoice, the LinkedIn profile and the listing all get read first, and whatever the address signals, it signals unopposed. Commercial-office and B2B commentary consistently describes a residential address as reading early-stage, particularly in consulting, legal, professional services and government contracting. We could not find a controlled study putting a number on that, so we are not going to give you one — but it is the objection people raise on tours more than any other. |
| You move house | Google can fall back to the address where the profile was originally verified, so you can end up ranking from a home you no longer live in — and fixing it needs a back-end change through support. Then every citation has to be rebuilt from the highest-authority directories down, commonly described as two to three months of conflicting data. |
| You register the business there | Arizona Corporation Commission filings are public record and viewable online. An Arizona known place of business must be a physical street address, and a statutory agent's address is where service of process is delivered — meaning legal papers arrive at your front door. Filing a change updates the current record but does not scrub earlier filings, and commercial data sites mirror the registry. |
| You take client meetings there | Tucson home occupations run through a Director's Approval, are capped at 25% of the dwelling floor area, limit traffic and noise, allow a single exterior sign of no more than one square foot, and prohibit on-site retail sales to customers. Pima County requires its own Home Occupation Permit. HOA covenants and residential leases frequently restrict commercial use. Requirements as published by the City of Tucson and Pima County and reviewed July 2026 — confirm the current rules at tucsonaz.gov (Planning & Development Services) and pima.gov (Development Services), and check your own lease and HOA documents. |
| Someone is hurt collecting a package or attending a meeting | Standard homeowners policies commonly exclude business liability and cap business property at around $2,500. A home-business endorsement restores some of that and does not cover professional liability. Ask your own agent before you assume you are covered. |
| A signature-required delivery arrives at 2pm | You are out with a client. Once a package is scanned as delivered, the loss is generally yours. Every standard workaround — reroute to a store, a relative, a staffed address — is a way of not using your house. |
And on Street View: blurring your house is permanent and cannot be undone. It requires proof of address, covers only your own property, does not retract imagery already published elsewhere, and can sometimes be worked around by viewing from a different point down the street. It is a real option, not a clean fix.
The Other Side
When your home address is fine
- ✓Solo remote work with no client visits and no public listing.
- ✓A genuine service-area trade, where hiding the address is the correct configuration anyway.
- ✓An early-stage business where $225 a month is not yet the right call.
We would rather you stay at your kitchen table another six months than sign up for something you do not need yet. Separating home from business is ordinary risk management for a one-person, client-facing practice — it is not a reaction to any particular client.
General information, not legal, tax or insurance advice. Check your own lease, HOA covenants and insurance policy, and confirm permit requirements with the City of Tucson Planning & Development Services or Pima County Development Services.
What a Real Business Address Actually Gets You
Not vibes. Specific things you can only do from a place that exists. Some of these are Google. Most of them are not.
Eligibility
You Can Show an Address at All
The prerequisite for a pin, a Directions button, storefront and interior photos, visit-oriented attributes, and Google's hybrid setup. Without it, none of the rest is on the table.
Discovery
Found by People Who Never Heard of You
BrightLocal's study of 45,264 Business Profiles (data collected September 2017 – December 2018) found the average profile appeared in about 1,009 searches a month, roughly 852 of them from people not searching the business by name. That benchmark covers all profiles, including service-area ones — the point is that the profile is where discovery happens, and an eligible address is what lets you show a location on it.
Meetings
Somewhere to Put a Client
Meet clients somewhere polished. Step out of the coffee shop. A door that closes, a table, coffee, and a lobby that does not look like a house. Meeting rooms bookable at member rates.
Privacy
Your Home Stays Yours
Helps separate your home life from your business identity. Your house comes off your invoices, your site footer, your directory listings and your filings.
Banking & Payments
The Field Every Application Has
US customer-identification rules require a physical street address rather than a mailing address, and Visa's merchant location rules exclude a P.O. box, a mail-forwarding address, or an agent's address. This is what they ask for. Worth knowing before you apply: banks commonly screen addresses against the USPS commercial-mail-receiving-agency database, and our Speedway building is a CMRA-registered facility. Bring your workspace agreement — a lease or membership document in your business name is what underwriters usually ask for — and expect the bank to make its own call.
Vetting
Procurement and Enterprise Buyers Check
Federal registration requires a physical address, and the Defense Logistics Agency accepts a coworking address only where the agreement reflects a designated office or desk number used exclusively by your company — hot desks and shared desks are rejected. Ask us what your agreement documents before you rely on it.
Stability
One Address You Keep for Years
Reviews and citations accumulate against one profile at one address, and 97% of consumers read online reviews for local businesses (BrightLocal, 2026). You do not rebuild that every time you move house.
Signal
Signage, a Placard, a Directory Line
A name on a permanent fixture is what makes an address read as real — to a visitor, and to whoever reviews your verification. It is one of the few things a workspace operator can genuinely provide.
Deliveries
Somewhere Signed-For Packages Can Land
Signature-required shipments arrive at 2pm, when you are out with a client, and once a courier scans a package as delivered the loss is generally yours. Mail and package handling is a separate virtual mail plan from $55/mo — add it to any workspace plan and deliveries are received here instead of on your porch.
Filings
An Address for the Paperwork
Arizona requires a known place of business at a physical street address, and a statutory agent reachable at an Arizona street address — that service is included with Virtual Mail Plus and Premium. Which address belongs on your TPT application and city license depends on where you genuinely operate, so confirm that with your own accountant or attorney rather than assuming.
Hiring
Somewhere to Interview and Onboard
First hires, contractors and interviews need a room that is not your kitchen table and not a coffee shop. A real address gives a candidate somewhere to show up — and a reason not to put your home address on a job post.
Insurance
Business Activity Off Your Homeowners Policy
Standard homeowners policies commonly exclude business liability and cap business property near $2,500 — which matters the moment a client or a courier is on your property. Meeting people somewhere else moves that exposure off your house. Ask your own agent what your policy actually says; we are not insurance advisers.
How big is the prize, honestly
Google said in 2018 that about 46% of all searches have local intent. Think with Google's research from around 2016 found that 76% of people who search for something nearby on a smartphone visit a business within 24 hours. Those are the two figures with a named source behind them. You will see others quoted — map-pack click-through rates, "93% of local searches show a local pack," a specific percentage gap between storefronts and service-area businesses. We could not trace those to a primary source, so they are not on this page.
And the balancing sentence, because it matters: an address is eligibility, not ranking. It gets you into the competition. Proximity to the searcher, your categories, your reviews and your prominence decide the rest. It is also a commitment — it costs money every month, it becomes public and permanent, and it anchors where you show up. The next-but-one section puts numbers on that trade.
What Google Asks of You, and What Spoke Provides
Coworking addresses are not banned by Google. They are conditional — and the conditions are on you at least as much as on us. Here is the split, so nothing is a surprise in month three.
What Google asks of your business
What Spoke provides
Where the line is
Post only the hours you are genuinely on site, or run the profile as appointment-only with hours removed. Our community manager being here does not satisfy the staffing condition for your business — Google's wording is "your business staff," and no operator's front desk can stand in for yours. We also cannot record your video verification for you, because Google's management proof requires access only someone from your business would have. And we cannot guarantee approval: Google decides eligibility at its sole discretion, coworking addresses draw more scrutiny than standalone offices and get reported by competitors more often, and profiles are sometimes suspended even where everything looks right. What we give you is a real place, real recurring access, and real signage — the things Google's guidelines are actually built around.
Summarized from Google's "Guidelines for representing your business on Google," reviewed July 2026. Google changes these without notice — read the current version at support.google.com/business/answer/3038177.
Three Plans, One Honest Sorting Rule
Three plans doing three different jobs. Pick by what you actually need the address to do — and if the honest answer is that you will never be on site, take virtual mail and a service-area listing, not an office.
This Is the Place Behind the Address
A furnished private suite with a door that closes, an entrance a client can find, and a lounge that makes a meeting feel relaxed rather than staged. Whatever you put on your listing points at these rooms.
Schedule a Visit
Virtual Mail
(Starter is available at 6700 E Speedway; part-time office members can add it at Tower Suites too)For mail, packages and a professional mailing address
- ✓A real Tucson street address for your website, invoices and filings
- ✓Secure mail and package handling in a CMRA-certified facility
- ✓Scanning, shredding, recycling and forwarding
- ✓Arizona statutory agent service included on Plus ($95) and Premium ($195)
- Not eligible as a Google Business Profile address. Google's guidelines exclude a rented mailing address you do not operate out of.
Part-Time Private Office
When virtual mail is too light, but a full office is too much
- ✓10 hours per week in a furnished private suite
- ✓24/7 building access
- ✓A real Tucson business address tied to a room you actually work in
- ✓Name placard and building-directory listing (ask about suite assignment at your tour)
- ✓Your choice of Broadway or Speedway
- ✓3 guest passes per month
- ✓Coffee, snacks, lounge access and community events
- ✓Optional virtual mail add-on from $55/mo
- Mail handling is not included by default
- No meeting-room credits — member rates apply
Dedicated Desk
A workstation that is yours every day
- ✓Full-time semi-private workstation with your own desk, curved monitor and lockable filing cabinet
- ✓24/7 building access
- ✓Name and logo placard
- ✓$200 in monthly credits and discounted member rates
- ✓Free EV charging at Lounge & Suites
- ✓A fixed, exclusively assigned workstation — the tier local-search practitioners point to. Federal CAGE validation asks for a designated office or desk number used exclusively by your company and reflected on your agreement; ask us what your agreement documents before you rely on it.
The sorting rule, in one paragraph
Mail only, and nobody visits you? Virtual Mail. Need a real place you are at every week that you can put on a listing? Part-Time Office. Here most days, or your paperwork asks for an exclusively assigned desk? Dedicated Desk. Need a room with a door, full time? Private suites start at $495/mo.
Why $225 a Month Is the Cheap Version of This
$225 a month is either expensive or trivial, depending entirely on what you compare it to. Here are both comparisons, with the inputs printed on the table rather than hidden under it.
Assumptions, stated so you can argue with them: 1,000 sq ft at $24 per square foot per year, full-service gross. Tucson asking rents ran $22.17/SF (CommercialCafe, 2025), $23.22/SF (Cushman & Wakefield, Q3 2025) and $24.34/SF (Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, Q2 2025), with Class A space near $30/SF.
The full cost stack, not just the rent line
| Cost item | Spoke Part-Time Office | Your own 1,000 sq ft suite |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly cost | $225 | About $2,000 |
| Furniture | Included | $5,000–$10,000 per person, one time |
| Internet, utilities, operating expenses | Included | Usually bundled into a full-service gross rent like the one above. On a triple-net lease, add roughly $11.50–$13.50 per sq ft per year. |
| Cleaning | Included | Usually bundled into full-service gross rent. Where it is not, janitorial is commonly quoted at over $12,000 a year for 2,000 sq ft. |
| Build-out | None | $20–$50 per sq ft |
| Term | Month to month | Typically 3–5 years, plus a security deposit |
| Move-in | Same day after a tour | Months |
CoworkingCafe's September 2024 comparison across 102 US cities found a coworking membership cheaper than the equivalent traditional lease in more than 97% of them — and that study excluded furniture and cleaning from the lease side, which means the real gap is wider than the headline.
Do the arithmetic with your own numbers
We are not going to guess what a client is worth to you
- One new client is worth $__________ to me.
- $225 a month is $2,700 a year.
- So this pays for itself at __________ new clients a year.
For a rough anchor on the other side of the equation: in the same BrightLocal dataset (45,264 profiles, data collected September 2017 – December 2018) the average Business Profile produced about 59 customer actions a month — roughly 33 website clicks, 15 calls and 11 direction requests. That is a benchmark for what an average profile did in that dataset, not a forecast for yours, and we are not promising you leads. If one client is worth more than $2,700, this pays for itself the first time it wins you one. If a client is worth $75 to you, the math is completely different, and you should say that out loud before you sign anything.
The comparison people get wrong
Virtual mail at $55/mo is $660 a year and it is the right product for mail. But it is not a Business Profile address, so the real comparison is not $225 versus $55. It is $225 versus not being eligible to compete for local discovery at all. Those are different questions with different answers.
And the cost of getting it wrong
A suspended profile can drop out of Search and Maps while you appeal. Google publishes no timeline, reported waits vary from days to weeks, and there is no way to pay to move up the queue — treat any specific number you see quoted as agency anecdote. Google's own instruction is not to create a replacement profile while an appeal is pending, which is where businesses usually lose their review history for good.
What you are also signing up for
- A recurring monthly bill.
- Actually being here during the hours you post.
- An address that becomes public and permanent.
- A one-time citation update across every directory that already has your old address.
- A ranking footprint anchored to that pin — an advantage if the pin is in the right part of town, a ceiling if it is not.
- A shared building address.
- Google, not Spoke, deciding eligibility.
We would rather you run these numbers and decide against it than sign up and resent it in month three. And if you are a mobile trade nobody visits, none of this arithmetic applies to you — stay where you are.
The Address You'd Actually Be Using
Google ranks you from the address you verify, so pick the side of town your customers are actually searching from — not the one with the nicer lobby.
Central Tucson, on the 17th floor of a Class A tower with mountain and city views. The address that reads as established when a prospect looks it up before calling you.
East Tucson, ground floor, easy parking, and a café and lounge floor that makes a client meeting feel relaxed rather than staged.
Two things we would rather say ourselves than have you find out later. These are shared buildings — other businesses list at the same address, and two businesses at one address sharing a Google category can filter each other out of Maps at the default zoom level, which is why we would encourage a distinct primary category and your own phone number. And we will give you the exact suite designation on your plan; we will not invent one. A made-up unit number is a credibility problem with Google and a separate problem with USPS.

Straight Answers
The objections this page raised, answered without the sales voice.
It is the set of facts the internet holds about your business: your name, your address, your phone number, the listing that ties them together — and whether all of that agrees with itself across every place it appears. Customers read it as a signal of whether you are real. Google reads it as a signal of whether you are eligible to appear at all. More on the four components.
Google allows an office at a coworking space when that office maintains clear signage, receives customers at the location during business hours, and is staffed during those hours by your own business staff. A part-time private office or a dedicated desk gives you the real, fixed, attended space that standard is built around, plus the signage and directory listing.
Meeting those conditions and passing verification is on you. Google decides eligibility at its sole discretion, and nobody — us included — can promise you approval. Read Google's guidelines.
No. Google's guidelines exclude a rented mailing address you do not operate out of, and state that P.O. boxes and mailboxes at remote locations are not acceptable. That applies to virtual mail and CMRA addresses generally, ours included.
Virtual mail is the right product for mail, packages, business filings and a professional mailing address — and on Plus and Premium it includes Arizona statutory agent service. It is the wrong product for a Business Profile. Both things are true at once. See the virtual mail plans.
No. Google's coworking clause says the office must be staffed during business hours by your business staff. Our community manager being here does not stand in for you, and no workspace operator's front desk can. We also cannot record your video verification for you — Google's management proof requires access only someone from your business would have.
Only the hours you are genuinely on site — or run the profile as appointment-only with hours removed. Posting Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, when you are here Tuesday mornings is an accuracy problem in its own right, stacked on top of the staffing condition. Ten real hours you keep is a better position than forty you do not.
No. Google allows one profile per business location and treats duplicates as a violation — it is a routinely cited suspension trigger. You move the existing profile rather than creating a new one, which also keeps the reviews and history you have already built.
Bring it to the tour and we will look at it with you. Google's route is its Business Profile appeals tool. The profile has to comply with the guidelines before you appeal, and there is a short window after submitting to attach supporting documents such as a business license, tax certificate or utility bill.
Reported waits vary from days to weeks and Google publishes no timeline, so treat any specific number as anecdote. Google's own instruction is not to create a replacement profile while an appeal is pending — that is usually where businesses lose their review history for good. We cannot appeal on your behalf or act as your staff on camera.
Not by default. The $225/month plan covers your business address and weekly private suite access, but mail handling is not included. To receive mail at either location, add a virtual mail plan starting at $55/month.
One useful wrinkle: the $55 Starter mail plan normally requires Lounge & Suites on Speedway, but part-time office members can add it at Tower Suites too.
Statutory agent service is included with Virtual Mail Plus ($95/mo) and Premium ($195/mo). Arizona requires a statutory agent to accept the appointment and to be reachable at a physical Arizona street address, which is where service of process gets delivered.
That is a separate thing from a Google Business Profile address and does not substitute for one. Nothing here is legal advice — confirm your setup with your own attorney. See the plans.
No one can promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. An eligible address lets you compete. Proximity to the searcher, your categories, your review volume and recency, and your overall prominence decide ranking. Two businesses at one address sharing a category can also filter each other out of Maps at the default zoom level — which is why a distinct primary category and your own phone number matter.
Then keep it. If you travel to every customer and nobody comes to you, a service-area listing is the correct and compliant configuration, and renting an office will not change your rankings. Spend the money on review recency and substantive service-area pages instead. The full comparison is here.
A service-area business visits or delivers to customers directly and does not serve them at its business address, so Google requires the address to be hidden — you get a service region instead of a map pin, and no Directions button. A listed address gives you a fixed pin, driving directions, photos of the space, and access to Google's hybrid setup.
Setting service areas does not improve rankings in those areas: Google ranks a service-area business from the address it verified, which stays hidden. For a genuinely mobile trade, the service-area setup is the correct and compliant configuration. See the side-by-side.
Google permits home-based service-area businesses but requires the address to be hidden, which removes your map pin and Directions button while Google still stores the address and ranks you from it. Beyond Google: a published address syndicates into directories and keeps circulating after you change it; moving house can leave you ranking from the original verification point and requires a citation rebuild commonly described as two to three months.
Arizona Corporation Commission filings are public record. Tucson and Pima County limit home occupations, including a 25% floor-area cap and restrictions on customer visits. Standard homeowners policies commonly exclude business liability and cap business property near $2,500. Check your own lease, HOA covenants and insurance policy — this is general information, not legal or insurance advice. The full breakdown is here.
Google updates its Business Profile guidelines without notice and decides eligibility at its sole discretion. Policy details on this page were reviewed in July 2026 — check Google's Business Profile Help for the current wording. Nothing on this page is legal, tax, insurance or compliance advice.
