• Power: Inset table charging with wireless chargers, USB ports, and regular outlets.
• Seating: 10 Executive chairs with the option for up to 5 additional conference-style chairs.

• Large Mobile, Magnetic Whiteboard (1 standard, 1 on request) for brainstorming or note-taking.
• 12' Conference Table for meetings or collaborative work.
• Mini-fridge stocked with bottled water for your convenience.
• Air-conditioning and heating for comfort in any season.
• Natural & dimmable recessed lighting for the perfect ambiance.

Optional Additional Services (Available during business hours, 48-hour notice required):

• Drink Package: In-room coffee, bottled water, and tea. 
• Snack and Drink Package in-room coffee, bottled water, tea, and canned soda. Snacks include chips, granola bars, candy, and more. Custom snack requests can be made but are not guaranteed.

* You must purchase a snack and drink package per guest. 

• Pizza Catering: Enjoy Costco pizza with your choice of cheese and pepperoni. Specify quantities and preferences in the booking notes. Pizza arrives between 12 pm and 1 pm.

• Non-Members: $60/hr
