We cap the Summer Promo at 20 sign-ups so members can always find an open desk or suite when they show up. Once we sell #20, the program closes for the season — no exceptions, no waitlist rollover. If you're on the fence, claim a spot now; you can always email us with questions while you're holding it.

Nope — you can sign up at any time (provided passes are still available). Your access will begin the day after Memorial Day (May 26th) or after, if you sign up later. The price is a flat $295 regardless of when you join. There is no proration, and all access ends on Labor Day.

The Summer Promo Pass starts the Tuesday after Memorial Day ends on the Friday before Labor Day. Here is the summer holiday schedule:
  • Memorial Day — Monday, May 25 (closed)
  • Independence Day, observed — Friday, July 3 (closed; July 4 falls on a Saturday this year)
  • Labor Day — Monday, September 7 (closed)
Your pass runs May 26 through September 4, so the Memorial Day and Labor Day bookends already fall outside the promo window — you're not losing any days. We'll send a reminder before the July 3 closure.

The pass is for one named member only. Guests can join you by purchasing a day pass at the front desk at our standard non-member rate.

Meeting rooms, conference rooms, and the podcast studio aren't part of this plan, but they're bookable at our standard non-member rates.

The Summer Promo is Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM only. There's no key fob or alarm code, and no after-hours access included.

Email us at info@spokeco.work right away. A replacement card is $10. Card sharing isn't allowed and ends the membership immediately.

All fees are non-refundable — including for unused days, illness, or travel. The plan also doesn't auto-renew, so there are no surprise charges.
